These are the Top Gun Otters.  Here they are returning from training exercises where one of them had a need for speed, and the other one sat in the back of the cockpit reading maps or some shit.  Eventually, one of them will die, because the other one is an egomaniacal dickhole, but before that, they will oil each other up and play some homoerotic volleyball with Val Kilmer.  It is a classic win-win situation for everyone.
